Payment options
Cash
Accepted on-site for final payments. In local and or foreign currency.

We accept credit and debit cards; please note that a percentage bank charge applies to card transactions.
Please ensure that you discuss your preferred payment method with us in advance to facilitate a smooth booking process.

What to bring?
Documentation
- Passport (With valid pages and at least 6 months validity prior to expiration).
- Medical documentation
- Credit cards and Cash
- We can assist with exchanging Euros or Dollars to Rands and also offer card payment facilities
- Air tickets & your travel agent's contact details (if applicable)
- Travel and Medical insurance (Your bank, airline or other third party usually assists with it)
Essentials
- Hat and Sunglasses.
- Sunblock (at least SPF 30 - up to SPF 50 is sufficient) & Chapstick/Lip Balm.
- Flashlight/Head Lamp.
- Light sweater or sweatshirt.
- Spare batteries/charger if required.
- International plug set - Conversion to South Africa 220 V.
- NB: Any personal medication
Hunting Clothing
- 2 Pairs of long hunting pants.
- Short hunting pants (Even though it is winter it can get quite hot).
- 2 Long sleeved shirts (for sun protection as well as warmth).
- Hunting Jacket.
- Light sweater or sweatshirt.
- Comfortable walking boots - preferably ones that you've used before your trip.
- 5 Pairs of good socks.
- 5 Sets of underwear.
- Gloves & beanie hat.
- Casual wear for evenings / Change of clothes.
- **Note: Some species will be hunted at night so ensure you have warm hunting clothes.

- Binoculars.
- Camera.
